About Me
My goal for making a blog has always been to be able to connect with others through expression.
I'm not some highly skilled writer, blogger or social media influencer. Just a girl holding onto a childhood dream. To one day create my own stories. I'm slowly chugging along with this dream, but it's not something I can ever think about giving up. It's the one constant thought I've had my whole life. It's been a rough battle, just like any other goal. You want to give up when it gets too hard, you run out of ideas, or life just gets too busy you lose sight of it. Maybe, like me, you keep putting it off because you're worried you won't be able to make the story of your dreams. But, I keep going, and I hope anyone with a dream continues to pursue it too. It might take you longer than you want it to, but I truly believe there's nothing out there that a person can't do.

Just make sure in your pursuit you take good care of yourself and don't be hard on those around you.
I want to try and hold myself accountable with posting updates about my writing progress. I think by creating a blog such as this, that focuses specifically on books and storytelling, I'll continue to expose myself with a lot of people who create. I want to learn their processes, explore others ways to outline ideas, and overall become a lot more loose and relaxed about writing. While I would love for this to become my full time job, I want to be able to enjoy this thing that I love so much.
